Amy Childs is up for Dancing on Ice spot
- TOWIE star says she'd be a 'brilliant contestant'

Amy Childs is said to be "desperate" to appear in next year's Dancing On Ice.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star - whose Channel 5 reality show It's All About Amy was axed last week after just one series - has reportedly "begged" bosses of the ITV1 celebrity skating competition to consider giving her a place on the programme.
An insider told the Daily Star: "She was all over the producer like a rash. She kept banging on about how much she loved the show.
"Amy said she would be a brilliant contestant and begged them to consider her next year."
The redhead beauty - who appeared in Celebrity Big Brother last year - is now said to be keen to convince former TOWIE stars Mark Wright, Harry Derbridge and Kirk Norcross to feature in a new reality show alongside her.
She said: "I think people would watch because audiences like the original cast."
Amy's reality show was given the chop by Channel 5 bosses after viewing figures slumped from 506,000 to just 300,000 - 1.55 million down from the average audience of TOWIE.
A source recently said: "The fly-on-the-wall format didn't really work because there wasn't a lot going on.
"TOWIE at least has a few different cast members, but watching Amy drive to TV studios and train her dogs was just tedious."
