Limousine driver Jack is shy and dishevelled, and has little luck with the ladies. Co-worker Clyde and his feisty wife Lucy decide to play Cupid by setting up Jack with Lucy's colleague Connie, who is equally retiring. A tender first meeting sparks potential romance. Jack discovers that no one has ever cooked Connie a nice meal and this becomes Jack's latest challenge: to master the kitchen with Clyde and Lucy in attendance for support.
