Bluto is the ringmaster of the Delta Tau Chi fraternity at Faber College during the '60s. His brothers are the usual motley crew of cocksure, handsome bucks and geeks including Larry and Kent, who just want to fit in as they stumble towards adulthood. Campus rivals Doug and Chip make the lives of the Delta boys a misery while womaniser Otter continues to charm his way through the female student body, flanked by sidekick Boon.
